Useful Information…

  • → Keep it in the box provided, surrounded by acid-free white tissue paper.

    → If the hat is left out and becomes dusty you can blow it off with a hairdryer.

    → If it becomes out of shape you could hold it over the steam of a kettle and gently manipulate it back into shape.

    → If silk flowers become squashed or crushed steam helps them come back to life.

    (DISCLAIMER: Please be careful with the steam and keep your hands away, steam is very hot and will burn if you get too close)

    → If feathers split gently smooth them with your finger and the oil from your hands will put them back together
