Physical Returns & Shipping
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All our hats and headpieces are of the highest quality and each one is handmade to order at our studio in the Oxo Tower London. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on bespoke millinery since they are made to order and bespoke to the customer. We do however want you to feel completely satisfied with your purchase, so if your headpiece does not match or exceed your expectations, please don’t hesitate to call.
Pre-ordered items and shop items are returnable within a 7 working day period. We would ask that you email us within 24hrs of receipt of any purchase to arrange the return. It is helpful for us to know why you would like to return the goods. Once the goods are back with us we will refund the full purchase price. We are not liable for the original delivery costs or the return cost unless there is an error on our part or if there is any fault with the goods. The item must be returned, unworn and in perfect condition.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to pay any difference in cost of the item and any additional delivery cost.
Refunds do not cover the cost of initial shipping & handling or return shipping & handling and are for the price of the product only. No refund guarantee is given to customers outside of the UK and overseas refunds are entirely at the discretion of the KE Millinery.
ORDERS
All orders placed by you are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right at all times and at our sole discretion to refuse to accept an order for any reason and without liability to you.
After you have placed the order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email with. details of the product you have ordered.
You may also order from us by telephone. You can ring us Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 5.30pm GMT. We are shut on bank and public holidays.
If you provide us with an email address, we will follow the same procedures as for online sales but if not we reserve the right to follow an alternative process, which you will be advised of when you call. In either case acceptance of your order and a contract of sale between us is not formed until payment in full has been received and cleared.
DESCRIPTIONS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We have made every effort to represent the colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, we are unable to guarantee that the colour you will see on your monitor will reflect the true colour of the product.

PRICES
All prices on the website are quoted in pounds sterling (£)
Please note that on all orders placed for delivery outside the UK/EEC it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any subsequent import duties that may be applicable for deliveries within their own countries.
We may change the prices on the website at any time and without any notice.
We try to ensure that all prices given on the site are correct. However, mistakes can occur. If we have quoted an incorrect price on the site and if the correct price is lower than that quoted, we will automatically assume that you wish to continue with your order. However, if the correct price is higher than that originally quoted, we will contact you to ask if you still want to order the goods.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We recommend using the following couriers to return your parcel: UPS, DHL, Fedex or Royal Mail via your local post office. If using Royal Mail, you must send back using the Special delivery service to ensure that the parcel is trackable.
Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage in transit back to us. We advise customers reuse the packaging that the order was supplied in. Please note we cannot accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit to us. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting certificate if using Royal Mail. Please clearly indicate goods are being either returned for refund or exchange.

In any event, damaged, worn or used items will not be refunded or exchanged.
Online Courses:
You have fourteen (14) Days from the date of the first original purchase to request a refund for the course. Any refund request after the fourteen (14) DAY time limit will not be processed.
